ok so I just registered for a student health insurance plan. now if I go to a doctor for treatment and have him fill out a claim form, what happens next? Do I pay him for treatment and then mail the claim form to the insurers to reimburse me? Or do they pay him directly?
Check the policy to see if you have to go to the campus clinic first.
You should be getting a card in the mail soon that shows the doctors office what type of policy you have. If there is a co-pay amount you will have to pay that amount at the time of the appointment. Your doctors office will bill the insurance company for the rest and if you received services, like an X-ray, that are subject to the deductible you will be billed for that.

I heard that car insurance is pretty expensive for older muscle cars, and I’d like to know around how much a month car insurance would be for a 1968 ford mustang?
I depends on what you plan to do with they car. If it’s a daily driver you’ll be stuck with liability, which is cheap. If you want classic car insurance you insure to the cars value and they limit your driving.

The series final and indeed final episode of this show I have in my collection. This episode was taped from the premiere run of the series in May 1996. The quality is a bit low due to damage of my master copy and thus this is a 3rd generation salvage copy.
As at the time of uploading, this series is not available on DVD. It is a pity as this was a terrific series and deserves a full release by ABC DVD. It would be nice to see DVD releases of “The Big Gig” (no best of please we want full episodes!) as it features Glynn before his run on TV.
***I am aware that the title should read “The Tragic History of the Insurance Claim”, but I couldn’t fit that full title in the box - please do not bring this to my attention.***

What’s the difference between dealing with a car insurance company directly or a local agent?

I was with the same insurance company for 10 years using the same local agent. My car insurance rates kept going up every time my policy was renewed. I decided to explore and see what better rates I could get with other car insurance companies. Friends and family gave me names of local agents from insurance companies they used. All the agents quoted me really high. Then, I called a major insurance company’s 800 number (not through an agent) and got the lowest quote. So, why do people use insurance agents? Is there a reason why it’s better to use an agent?
In addition to what a-mac said; if you have a claim but you are unsure if it is covered you can discuss it with your agent without submitting it to the company. (Companies do not like this - fyi)
