I have a Razr and am going to have to insure it out tomorrow due to it not charging. I heard they are replacing it with an LG crap phone. Can anybody shed any light on this?
As far as I know, only the V710s are being replaced, not the RAZRs. I heard they are replacing the V710s with RAZRs.

i took ours out with the halifax, but when the policy arrived, it doesnt contain malicious damage or accidental damage. which seems stupid to me, but hey!
i have looked on confused.com and currently trying moneysupermarket.com but wondered which insurance company other landlords use.

How do I make an car insurance claim for scratches through car owners?

I bought a used car a few months ago that had a near flawless finish. Over the past few months it's been scratched several times by my nephew on his bike. We've talked and now I need to file a claim with my insurance. The marks are everywhere, back of the trunk, right rear quarter panel, hood, left rear quarter panel.
I would settle out of pocket or pay for this yourself, each one of these scratches is a separate occurrence… which means for each scratch before your insurance will pay anything you have to pay your deductible for comprehensive/other that collision coverage. Typically this is $500 or so for each scratch… in the end your only going to end up with a higher premium and nothing from your insurance company to show for it.

I'm not from Florida,I just flew in from NYC. My brother was in a car accident and he was a passenger! My brother was put in a coma but he just woke up a few days ago. he's getting better every day but may need some therapy. Earlier today I got a call from the driver's insurance company asking us about my brother's insurance stating that they will give my brother $20k. My family and I do not want any extra money we just want his hospital bills and any treatment covered! My family is a bit confused and since I'm not from the area I'm not 100% sure what to do but we will be contacting an attorney in the morning. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I forgot to mention that the insurance person also stated that a new law in Florida is that all parties now split payments or something? He woke me up so I was not fully aware until he mentioned the $20k which I think was just a fast way for them to settle this!
get a lawyer and talk things over with him.
I personally would not accept an offer without knowing what his full medical bills are going to be.
